CUSTOMER SERVICE
Enchanted Worlde prides itself in giving quality customer service. We inspect each item, taking great care while packaging and presenting your product, so that it arrives safely to your destination. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email us and we will be in touch with you as soon as we can.
GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
We provide a complimentary gift wrapping service (with exception to large items) to help make the process of selecting, purchasing and giving gifts as simple as possible. We can deliver your present to the right destination, just give us the details of the recipient’s name and address and the message you would like written on the attached tag.
We like to keep you informed of your order. We will email you when we have received your payment and when your order has been dispatched.
LAYBYS
Please ring up to establish a layby account. A deposit of 20% of the purchase applies which includes freight charges. Orders must be paid by 8 weeks from date of purchase. Also when paying instalments please notify us of each payments for our records.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be made in $25.00, $50.00 and $100.00 amounts. Gift vouchers are not redeemable in cash and the customers are responsible for the balance of orders including postage that exceeds the total of the gift voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
PAYMENT
Shipping and Processing Fees
At the moment shipping is not automatically calculated at the end of your order. After your order has been placed we will contact you either via email or phone on the total price that includes postage. Our forms of payment at the moment are Credit card - Mastercard or Visa, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Direct Deopsit. All money transactions are in Aussie Dollars and include GST. If you wish to pick up your merchandise from our store, please email us or ring us to arrange pick up time.
For depositing into our bank account could you please contact us on 03 9730 2777 for the details. Australia Post Money Orders and Bank Cheques are to be made out to Enchanted Worlde, Shop3/36 Bell St, Yarra Glen, VIC, 3775.
STOCK AVAILABILITY/DELIVERY
At times stock may not be in due to high demand or the item becoming discontinued from the supplier. We will notify you if the item is not in and how long it will take for availability, prior to your order you could send us an email or phone us on 03 9730 2777 for stock availability.
Registered Postal Orders will need to be signed for upon delivery, if no-one is at home the parcel will be taken to your local post office and a PO message will be left informing you that you will need to pick up the delivery at the Post Office.
If you need your purchase in a certain time frame, please specify when making your purchase.
In regards to ordering furniture that is not in stock, payment is given when order is taken. You may contact us about availability and estimation of arrival by either phone or email.
Unfortunately there are no cancellations/exchanges or refunds on furniture.
Please note that Enchanted Worlde accepts no responsibility for the loss of property or damages incurred in transportation of the item, it is highly recommended to take out property insurance.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Unfortunately at the moment we are not delivering overseas but hopefully in the near future we hope to be able to.
REUSE OF PACKAGING
At Enchanted Worlde, we are very aware of the need to look after our environment. With this in mind, we keep boxes that have been sent to us and reuse this as well as our packaging material when sending parcels to our customers.
RETURNS
Unfortunately there are no exchanges or refunds on furniture. In regards to other products you may return it to us for either credit or refund within 7 days after date of purchase, but you need to ring us for a Return Slip to fill out. Please do not return it without a return slip. Please note however you are responsible for postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage when returning your goods. Also the items must be returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging with any labels and tags. You may wish to take out postage insurance in case it is damaged on its return. You can cancel your order or change your order, if it has not been dispatched, but once it has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. When we have received the returned products, we will then inform you by either email or phone regarding the refund.

AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately Enchanted Worlde cannot be responsible for any incorrect information given to us by the customer such as addresses, quantities, products etc and we are unable to cancel the order if it has already been dispatched.

Please be aware that each computer monitor may not represent our products accurately, the photos can differ in their colour variation. The photos are there only to help give you an indication rather than an exact replica of the item. Also please note that many of our products can be handmade and as a result have slight variations in their finish, returns will not be given under these circumstances. Enchanted Worlde reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to our product descriptions, pricing or stock availability etc. and to update our information at any time without prior notice. We do encourage you to review the terms and conditions and our private policy when reordering. If it is after you have placed your order we will contact you to inform you and you can decide whether you wish to cancel your order.
